Hola! Welcome to our blog about Nelson High School's Social Justice team in El Salvador, July 2009. We embark on our first trip through Habitat for Humanity tomorrow, and we are all so excited!
Our destination is San Vicente, just outside of San Salvador. There is a rich history of Habitat builds in this area, and we are looking forward to contributing what we can to help make some families' lives a little better by helping build some homes for them.
We are taking a PILE of soccer uniforms - thanks to the many donations from our collective teams in Burlington.
